Fair Market Value Appraisal

The fair market value is the price at which the property would change hands between a willing buyer and a willing seller, neither being under any compulsion to buy or to sell and both having reasonable knowledge of relevant facts. United States v. Cartwright, 411 U. S. 546, 93 S. Ct. 1713, 1716-17, 36 L. Ed. 2d 528, 73-1 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) ¶ 12,926 (1973) (quoting from U.S. Treasury regulations relating to Federal estate taxes, at 26 C.F.R. sec. 20.2031-1(b)).

Insurance Replacement Appraisal

An insurance appraisal is a replacement cost analysis which provides an accurate estimate of the amount of insurance required to replace each structure and/or amenity exactly as it stands on the day the report was prepared.

Estate Liquidations Services

We handle mid-size to large Estates, providing you with an accurate report in a timely fashion with prompt payment. 

Basic Fee Structures: 50% Commission on Estates grossing under $10,000

           35% Commission on Estates grossing over $10,000

Estate Sale Services include set-up, expert pricing, all advertising, and on-site sale.

Estate Sale Services do not include clean up and removal.  These services can be arranged after the sale for a fee of waste disposal costs plus a labor cost of $25 per person per hour.
