What types of appraisal services do we offer?
Our Appraisal service is available for insurance replacement, fair market value, charitable donations, and estate liquidation purposes.
Insurance Replacement Appraisal is used by the insurance co. to adequately cover the cost of personal property. This insurance price is the amount that it would cost to replace the given item, in an appropriate market place.
Fair Market Appraisal is the value that a given item would sell for at such places as auctions or estate sales.
The price per hour for a Formal Appraisal is between $150. and $175. This formal appraisal is necessary when written documentation is required either for fair market, insurance replacement, charitable donation, and estate liquidation purposes.
